“Item number one: Google is testing an interface optimized for people with visual impairments.  It's large print and highlights one result at a time, allowing users to navigate easily using the keyboard.  It even provides audible feedback when changing the highlighting of search results.  It's also apparently optimized for screen readers, but I haven't had the opportunity to test how nicely (or not) it plays with them.  Since it's still in the experimental stages, Google's asking for feedback on its design.” source...
