But now, according to the Telegraph (UK), British researchers are claiming that "anti-social behaviour 'is a mental illness'" and results from, brace yourselves, an imbalance of brain chemistry. I suppose there will now be a hue and cry to shift conduct disorder over to Axis 1, where the true mental illnesses currently reside.” source...
